キャンセルポリシー / Cancellation Policy
1. お申し込み後 7日以内のキャンセルは無料とします。
ただし、この期間内であっても、航空券・ESTA・保険などの外部サービスを既に手配している場合は、その実費をご負担いただきます。
2. 申込金（¥50,000）は、ホストファミリー確保・現地手配の開始費用として使用されるため、返金いたしません。
3. 航空券の手配は旅行会社を通じて行われ、航空券代金の支払いは各ご家庭が旅行会社へ直接行うものとします。
航空券に関するキャンセル料・返金条件は、旅行会社の規定が適用されます。
4. プログラム料金については、以下のキャンセル料を申し受けます。
・出発45日前まで：無料（0円）
※申込金および外部サービスの実費のみご負担いただきます。
・ 出発44〜30日前：プログラム料金の 50％
・ 出発29〜15日前：プログラム料金の 80％
・ 出発14日前以降：プログラム料金の 100％
5. プログラム開始後のキャンセル、またはお客様のご事情による途中帰国については、いかなる場合も返金いたしかねます。
6. 自然災害、感染症の拡大、政府による規制、フライトの欠航など、不可抗力によりプログラムが実施できない場合には、実費を除き全額返金いたします。
1. Cancellations made within 7 days of application are free of charge, except for actual expenses already incurred (such as flights, ESTA, insurance, or other third-party services).
2. The application fee (¥50,000) is non-refundable, as it is used to secure the host family and begin local arrangements.
3. Flights are arranged through a travel agency, and all payments for flights must be made directly by each family to the travel agency.
All flight-related cancellation fees and refund conditions are determined by the travel agency’s policy.
4. Cancellation fees for the program fee are as follows:
- Up to 45 days before departure: Free
(Application fee + actual expenses only)
- 44–30 days before departure: 50% of the program fee
- 29–15 days before departure: 80% of the program fee
- 14 days before departure or later: 100% of the program fee
5. No refunds will be given after the program has started or in cases of early return for personal reasons.
6. If the program cannot operate due to force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, epidemics, flight cancellations, etc.) , all payments will be refunded minus actual expenses already incurred.
