生徒・保護者にも自己紹介フォームをご記入いただき、ホストと事前に交換します。
お互いを知ることで、安心して渡航できます。
Students and parents will also complete an introduction form to exchange with the host family.
By sharing information, both sides can feel more comfortable and prepared.
👋 オンライン顔合わせ（希望者のみ） / Optional Online Greeting Session
ご希望があれば、出発前に10〜15分程度のオンライン顔合わせが可能です。
保護者・生徒・ホストファミリー・コーディネーターが同席し、簡単な挨拶を交わします。
面接ではなく「安心のための顔合わせ」として行います。
If desired, a short 10–15 minute online greeting session can be arranged before departure.
The parent, student, host family, and coordinator will join together for a simple introduction.
It is not an interview, but simply a greeting to provide reassurance.

必要に応じて24時間連絡が取れる体制を整えており、保護者の方にも随時情報を共有します。
In the local area, we have relatives and trusted friends, providing peace of mind in case of trouble or illness.
They can accompany the student to the hospital or help with daily needs such as shopping and transportation.
We also maintain a 24-hour contact system and keep parents updated regularly.

📚 英語学習の機会 / English Learning Opportunities
時期によっては、現地のアダルトスクールや大学のESLクラスを週2回ほど受講可能。時期が合わない場合は、ホストが週数回の英語レッスンを提供します。宿題サポートも安心！
Depending on the season, students may attend ESL classes at adult schools or colleges twice a week. If not, hosts provide English lessons several times a week, including homework support.
🛍 実践英語体験 / Practical English in Action
午前に英語表現を学び、午後にはショッピングモールで実践。ファストフードで注文したり、服のサイズを尋ねたり、生きた英語を学びます。
Learn useful phrases in the morning, then practice in real situations at local malls in the afternoon.
