プログラム開始までの流れを、わかりやすくご案内します。
Here’s how our study abroad program works — step by step.

お問い合わせ
まずはお問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。
ご希望内容を確認のうえ、M.E.Globalよりメールにて今後の流れをご案内いたします。

個別相談（必要に応じて）
ご希望やご不安な点がある場合は、オンラインまたはメールにて個別にご相談いただけます。
プログラム内容、参加時期、お子さまの年齢や英語レベルに合わせて、無理のない形をご提案します。

お申し込み
お申し込みフォームまたはメールにてお申し込みいただきます。
お申し込み後、申込金 ¥50,000（非返金） のご案内をお送りします。

申込金のお支払い
ご案内に沿って申込金のお支払いをお願いいたします。
ご入金が確認でき次第、ホストファミリー受け入れ準備が正式にスタートします。

ホストファミリーのご案内
申込金のご入金確認後、ホストファミリーの受け入れ調整を開始します。
ホストファミリーの詳細情報は、出発60日前以降を目安に、手配状況に応じて段階的にご案内します。
滞在先の写真、部屋、生活スケジュールなどは、確定後に詳しくお伝えします。
すべてのホストファミリーは、M.E.Global が実際に関係を築き、信頼できると判断したご家庭に限定しています。

航空券の手配
航空券は、各ご家庭 → 旅行会社へ直接お申し込み いただきます。
必要に応じてM.E.Global が旅行会社とのやり取りをサポートします。
※航空券のキャンセル規定は、旅行会社のルールが適用されます。

プログラム費用の残金お支払い
出発の45〜30日前を目安に、
選択されたプランに応じた残金をお支払いください。
金額の詳細は、お申し込み後にご案内いたします。
※残金ご入金後は、所定のキャンセル規定が適用されます。

渡航準備・事前オリエンテーション
持ち物リスト、生活上の注意点、現地のルールなどを
オ ンラインまたはメールでご案内します。

渡航・ホームステイ開始！
到着後、ホストファミリーが空港でお迎えし、滞在がスタートします。
滞在中は3日に1回、写真付きの活動レポートを保護者へ共有します。

Individual Consultation (Optional)
If needed, we can arrange a 15–30 minute online meeting with parents/guardians
to go over safety, program content, and fees.

Application
Submit your application through the form or email.
After submitting, you will receive instructions for the ¥50,000 non-refundable deposit.

Deposit Payment
Please make the deposit payment as instructed.
Once the payment is confirmed,
host family preparation and arrangements will officially begin.

Host Family Introduction (Around 60 days before departure)
We will introduce a trusted host family personally known to and carefully selected by M.E.Global through long-standing relationships.
You will receive detailed information such as photos, the living environment,daily routines, and the room your child will be staying in.
All host families are personally known and trusted by M.E.Global, ensuring a safe and caring environment.

Flight Booking
Flights should be booked directly with the travel agency by each family.
M.E.Global will support communication as needed.
Flight cancellation policies follow the travel agency’s rules.
07
Final Payment
Approximately 45–30 days before departure,
please make the remaining balance based on your selected plan.
Details will be provided after your application.
Cancellation terms apply after the final payment is made.

Pre-Departure Orientation
We will provide packing lists, important reminders, and rules via online orientation or email.
