総則 / General Terms
M.E.Global（以下「当社」）は、本サイトおよび関連サービスの利用に際し、以下の規約を定めます。
By accessing or using this website and related services, you agree to comply with these Terms set forth by M.E.Global (“we,” “our,” “us”).
本サイトを通じて短期留学プログラムへ申込みを行った場合、参加者は別途締結する「参加同意・契約書」および「キャンセルポリシー」の内容に同意するものとします。
本利用規約と個別契約の内容が異なる場合は、個別契約が優先されます。
If a user applies for a short-term study abroad program through this website, the participant agrees to be bound by the separate Participation Agreement and Cancellation Policy.
In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the individual contract, the individual contract shall prevail.
サービス内容 / Services
当社は、留学プログラム、英会話レッスン、情報提供などを通じて教育支援を行います。
サービス内容は予告なく変更・終了する場合があります。
We provide educational support through study abroad programs, English lessons, and related information.
We may change or discontinue any service without prior notice.

キャンセルポリシー / Cancellation Policy
1.正式受付後7日以内のキャンセル
申込書のご提出および申込金のご入金確認をもって、正式なお申し込み受付となります。
正式受付後7日以内にキャンセルされる場合、プログラム料金に対するキャンセル料は発生しません。
ただし、申込金および既に発生した実費（航空券・ESTA・保険、その他第三者サービス費用等）は返金対象外となります。
2.申込金について
申込金（¥50,000）は、ホストファミリー確保および現地手配の開始費用として充当されるため、いかなる場合も返金いたしません。
3.航空券について
航空券は旅行会社または航空会社を通じて各ご家庭が直接手配・支払いを行うものとします。
航空券のキャンセル料および返金条件は、各旅行会社または航空会社の規定に従います。
当社は航空券に関する責任を負いません。
4.プログラム料金のキャンセル料
キャンセル日（当社が書面またはメールで受領した日）を基準として、以下のキャンセル料を申し受けます。

出発60日前まで：無料
※申込金および実費は返金対象外 -
出発59〜45日前：プログラム料金の30％

出発44〜30日前：プログラム料金の50％

出発29〜15日前：プログラム料金の80％
-
出発14日前以降：プログラム料金の100％
5. 事前サポート開始後のキャンセルについて
本プログラムには出発前の事前サポートが含まれます。正式受付後にキャンセルにされる場合、事前サポートの提供状況にかかわらず、上記のキャンセル規定に基づき対応いたします。なお、お客様のご事情による途中帰国については、いかなる場合も返金いたしかねます。
6. 強制帰国の場合
参加者の重大な規律違反または安全上の理由により当社が参加継続を困難と判断した場合、帰国費用は参加者負担とし、返金は行いません。
7. 不可抗力（Force Majeure）
自然災害、戦争、感染症の拡大、政府規制、航空会社の運航停止、その他当社の合理的支配を超える事由によりプログラム実施が不可能となった場合、既に発生した実費および第三者に支払済みの費用を控除した上で、残額を返金いたします。
8. 返金方法
返金が発生する場合は、原則として銀行振込により行います。
振込手数料は参加者負担とします。
1.Cancellation Within 7 Days After Official Acceptance
The application will be officially accepted upon submission of the application form and confirmation of the application fee payment.
If cancellation is made within 7 days after official acceptance, no cancellation fee will be charged for the program fee.
However, the application fee and any actual expenses already incurred (including but not limited to airfare, ESTA, insurance, or other third-party service fees) are non-refundable.
2. Application Fee
The application fee (¥50,000) is used to secure the host family and initiate local arrangements.
This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Airfare
Airfare must be arranged and paid directly by each family through a travel agency or airline.
All flight-related cancellation fees and refund conditions shall be governed by the policies of the respective airline or travel agency.
M.E.Global assumes no responsibility for airfare arrangements.
4. Program Fee Cancellation Charges
Cancellation charges shall be calculated based on the date on which written notice (email or document) is received by M.E.Global.

Up to 60 days before departure: No cancellation fee (Application fee and actual expenses are non-refundable.)

59–45 days before departure: 30% of the program fee

44–30 days before departure: 50% of the program fee

29–15 days before departure: 80% of the program fee
-
14 days before departure or later: 100% of the program fee
5.Cancellation After Pre-Departure Support Begins
This program includes pre-departure support.
If cancellation is made after official acceptance, it will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy above, regardless of the status of pre-departure support provided.No refunds will be given after the program has started or in cases of early return for personal reasons.
6. Early Termination Due to Misconduct
If a participant is required to return home due to serious misconduct or safety concerns, all return travel costs shall be borne by the participant. No refunds will be provided.
7. Force Majeure
If the program cannot be carried out due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government restrictions, epidemics, or flight cancellations, refunds will be issued minus actual expenses and payments already made to third parties.
8. Refund Method
Any applicable refund will be made via bank transfer.
Bank transfer fees shall be borne by the participant.
