生徒・保護者にも自己紹介フォームをご記入いただき、ホストと事前に交換します。
お互いを知ることで、安心して渡航できます。
Students and parents will also complete an introduction form to exchange with the host family.
By sharing information, both sides can feel more comfortable and prepared.
👋 オンライン顔合わせ（希望者のみ） / Optional Online Greeting Session
ご希望があれば、出発前に10〜15分程度のオンライン顔合わせが可能です。
保護者・生徒・ホストファミリー・コーディネーターが同席し、簡単な挨拶を交わします。
面接ではなく「安心のための顔合わせ」として行います。
If desired, a short 10–15 minute online greeting session can be arranged before departure.
The parent, student, host family, and coordinator will join together for a simple introduction.
It is not an interview, but simply a greeting to provide reassurance.
✈ 渡航時の安心設計 / Safe Travel Arrangement
往路は引率者が同行し、空港から現地到着までサポートします。
復路はホストファミリーが空港まで送迎し、航空会社の未成年サポート制度を活用して日本到着まで安全に移動できる体制を整えています。
Outbound flights are accompanied by a chaperone to ensure safe travel from departure to arrival.
For return flights, the host family escorts the student to the airport, and airline support services for young travelers are utilized to ensure a secure journey back to Japan.

現地には親戚や信頼できる知人がいるため、万が一のトラブルや体調不良の際にも迅速に対応できます。
病院への付き添いや、日常生活の困りごと（買い物・交通機関の利用など）にもサポートが可能です。
必要に応じて24時間連絡が取れる体制を整えており、保護者の方にも随時状況を共有します。
In the local area, we have trusted relatives and close contacts who provide additional support when needed.
In case of illness or unexpected situations, assistance such as hospital visits or help with daily matters (shopping, transportation, etc.) is available.
We maintain a 24-hour contact system when necessary and keep parents regularly informed.

ホストファミリーの一員として日常生活に参加します。買い物や料理などを通して、英語を使いながらアメリカの暮らしを体験します。
As part of the host family, students participate in daily life activities such as shopping and cooking while practicing English in real-life situations.
📚 英語実践セッション / Practical English Sessions
時期に応じて、現地教育機関でのESLクラス受講の機会があります。日程が合わない場合は、ホストによる英語セッションや学習サポートを実施します。
Depending on the season, students may attend ESL classes at local institutions. If unavailable, hosts provide structured English sessions and academic support.
🗣 フィールドワーク活動 / Field-Based Activities
午前に学んだ英語表現を、午後の実生活の中で実践します。公共施設や商業施設などで、実践的なコミュニケーション力を養います。
Students apply expressions learned in the morning to real-life settings in the afternoon, strengthening practical communication skills.

プログラムの締めくくりとして、テーマパークでの実践活動を行います。これまで実践してきた英語力を活かしながら、総合的な体験を行います。
As a culminating activity, students participate in a structured field experience at a theme park, applying the communication skills they have developed throughout the program.
🤝 同年代との出会い / Friendships with Local Youth
現地のユースグループや同年代の子どもたちと交流することで、自然な英語と友情が育まれます。
一緒にスポーツをしたり、音楽を楽しんだり、ゲームやイベントに参加したりと、学校では学べない「生きた英語」を体験できます。
By joining local youth groups and meeting peers of the same age, students build natural English skills and friendships.
